Saving the planet one car at a time.
Retire Your Ride was funded by the Government of Canada and delivered by Summerhill Impact and its partners.
The program was designed to reward people who took their old high-polluting cars off the road and to ensure these
vehicles were responsibly recycled. The result would be cleaner air and a cleaner environment, and the target was
at least 50,000 retired vehicles per year until March 31, 2011.
